Tutortech Payment and Cancellation Policy

This Payment and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how payments and cancellations are handled for Tutortech services (website, learning platform, mobile apps, etc.). By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Payments
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards.
- Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through a trusted third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full credit card information.
- Pricing: Our fees are clearly displayed on the platform and payment process before purchase.
- Automatic Recurring Payments: Our subscription plans have automatic recurring payments. You can choose to cancel before the next billing cycle through your customer account at www.tutortech.co.uk.
2. Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You accidentally purchase the wrong lesson package.
- Your child is not placed with a suitable tutor after the initial matching process.
- You are dissatisfied with the service. The refund amount will be limited to a single session.
- Non-refundable services: Unfortunately, we cannot grant refunds for the following:
- Individual classes (events) used from a course package.
- Unused portions of your subscription period due to failure to cancel or pause your subscription.
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at customer.service@tutortech.co.uk.
- Be sure to include your name, email address, and the reason for your refund request.
3. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription anytime by following the cancellation instructions within your account settings.
- The customer may cancel the subscription with a 14-day notice period.
- All classes taken within 14 days from the date of cancellation will be charged on the usual weekly billing cycle.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
